Industrial Model Township Manesar

HSIIDC Industrial Model Township (IMT) Manesar is a 4,018.7 acre (first six phases) modern Integrated Industrial Park that is strategically located along the National Highway 8, linking Delhi and Jaipur and is just 23 km from Gurgaon. It was conceived to provide services and facilities that would place the state on a global map of industrial competitiveness while catalysing Gurgaon into becoming a global city.

The land at HSIIDC is developed in I to VI stages. Presently phase- I, II, III and IV are developed. Phase-V and VI are at master planning and land acquisition stages. The table below illustrates the summary of the areas.
